Loyalty Clause: Clients who purchase the annual program will incur the same rate in successive years—rate increases will not apply.
Payment Terms: Clients enrolling in the annual, six-month, or hourly program must pay the full fee in advance. The program term will begin upon payment. All other hourly and daily fees become due upon receipt of services.
Minimum Retainer: A 10-hour minimum retainer will be charged to all new clients who are participating in the hourly program. Full payment of the retainer will be due in advance of services. Once the initial 10 hours have been provided, clients will be charged the current hourly rate for additional services performed. Pre-paid hours expire 1 year after purchase.
Travel Expenses: Clients may incur additional fees to cover applicable travel time and related expenses if meetings are conducted more than 100 miles from Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Airfare, rental car, gas, hotel, and incidental expenses will be charged on an actual basis. Meal reimbursement will be charged at a rate of $40 per day and mileage will be calculated based on current IRS tax codes.
Transfer Option: Within the first three hours of paid service, hourly clients can opt for the annual or six-month program by paying the applicable difference at that time.
